สาวสวยหน้าหวานจากมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ คว้าตำแหน่งนางสาวไทยประจำปี 2552 ไปครองได้สำเร็จพร้อมพ่วงด้วยรางวัลสำคัญอีกจำนวนมาก การประกวดนางสาวไทย ประจำปี 2552 ที่โรงละครอักษราคิงเพาเวอร์ เมื่อช่วงค่ำที่ผ่านมา ปรากฏว่าหญิงสาวที่คว้าตำแหน่งสาวงามที่สุดในประเทศไปครอง คือ น.ส.อรวิภา กนกนทีสวัสดิ์ หรือน้องโจอี้ สาวหน้าหวานอายุ 20 ปี กำลังศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ภูมิลำเนากรุงเทพฯ
นอกจากนี้ยังคว้ารางวัลสำคัญอีกหลายตำแหน่ง ได้แก่ ขวัญใจช่างภาพและสื่อมวลชน นางงามบุคลิกภาพ มิสเฮลตี้ และมิสปริ้นเซส ขณะที่ น.ส.กอบกุลยา จึงประเสริฐศรี นักศึกษาแพทย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ดูอ่อนหวานน่ารัก ได้รองอันดับ 1 ส่วนรองอันดับ 2 ตกเป็นของ น.ส.วรวิตา จันทร์หุ่น นักศึกษาคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
