ผู้ใหญ่กบสุดยอดกะเทยไทย
ชูชาติ ดุลยประภัทศร ใครๆ เรียกเขา (เธอ) ว่า ผู้ใหญ่กบ, เจ๊กบ ฯลฯ 22 มิถุนายน ปีที่ผ่านมา เขา (หรือเธอ) คนนี้ ได้รับคะแนนเสียงจากชาวชุมชนเลือกให้นั่งในตำแหน่ง ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน หมู่ 3 ตำบลท้ายบ้านใหม่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ดูแลลูกบ้านกว่า 2,000 ครัวเรือน
สถาบันสัญญาธรรมศักดิ์ เพื่อประชาธิปไตย มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ยกย่อง ‘ผู้ใหญ่กบ’ ให้เป็น 1 ใน 26 ‘พลเมืองคนกล้า’ โดยมอบรางวัลให้ในฐานะที่เป็นผู้ที่ทำประโยชน์ให้กับชุมชน ช่วยเหลือสังคมอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
การต่อสู้อันน่าเหน็ดเหนื่อยของ ‘ผู้ใหญ่บ้านนะยะ’ ไม่ใช่แค่ความยากลำบากในการสร้างการยอมรับจากสายตาของคนที่จับจ้องมองเธอ อย่างดูแคลนจากการเป็น ‘สาวประเภทสอง’ แต่ยังรวมถึงการเดินหน้าชนกับความไม่ถูกต้อง ..แม้อำนาจที่เธอคัดง้างอาจไม่ใหญ่โตระดับอภิมหาอำนาจ แต่การมีเพียง ‘ปาก’ เป็นอาวุธคงไม่อาจทำให้เธอเอาตัวรอดมาได้ หากไร้ซึ่งการสนับสนุนจากชาวชุมชน
